Dear Reader, Over the past few months, I’ve been thinking a lot about how relationship skills are not usually built in one breakthrough conversation, but through small, intentional practices over time. I’ve recently published a new video where I outline 12 relationship-strengthening exercises, one for each month of the year: Alongside it, I’ve created a work-in-progress workbook and I’m opening up a monthly YouTube Live where we can talk about relationships, personality type, and how these exercises are landing for you in real life. These office hours will happen on the 17th of every month in 2026, at 5pm GMT (Time Zone Converter). I often encourage my clients to run thoughtful experiments rather than wait for perfect certainty, so this is me taking my own advice. 😊 What I’m essentially doing is testing an entire course curriculum in real time. And for this year, it’s freely accessible on YouTube. Fair heads-up, as we go along, the exercises may evolve based on what I learn, what you share, and what actually proves most useful in practice. If you’re curious, or simply want a steady rhythm for working on your own relationships this year, I’d love for you to join in. And I’d genuinely value your feedback along the way. Cheers, PS: Interested in something more tailored to you and your relationship, but not ready for coaching? I'd still love to support you! Here are some resources you might find helpful (links): |

Dear Reader, I'm running an experiment this year which is basically a course in expanding relational intelligence - for free. I publish a new video on my YouTube channel every month, and then invite you to talk about it (or anything you like regarding Type and relationships) during free office hours. Mapping Relational Intelligence A guide to navigating intimacy and identity. Dear Reader, I’m so glad you’re here. If you've been with me for a while, you know that I write in bursts: some seasons were full of weekly reflections, others pretty quiet for months on end. For someone who loves to stay in touch, "creating content" has proved to be remarkably challenging! But it's also true that writing helps me unravel my thoughts and feelings, and I do enjoy it on the whole. Well, I'm always...
